  • Does not match the description or sample provided

These rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Refunds
